The Challenge
Recent development of the public cloud and rising awareness of its advantages encouraged our client to start moving some of his applications to the cloud – Azure was preferred environment.
The Solution
For this purpose, the hub-and-spoke architecture was adopted so the Client was able to fully control the traffic from local data centers through ExpressRoute.
Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) was the main priority; thus, Azure Resource Manager templates (ARM Templates) were applied as a main tool.
Client required the implementation of specific policies in each subscription. This was achieved by introducing Azure Management Groups together with the Azure Policy tool.
